  • Information about your browsing on the website (e.g., IP address, device information) to the extent necessary for operation and measurement according to your cookie preferences.
  • When we use external services (e.g., reCAPTCHA), we may receive related technical data from them (see section 6).

3. Why we process data (purposes of processing)

  • To respond to your requests, contact you and provide service offers.
  • To ensure website security, error prevention and functionality.
  • To improve website performance and effectiveness with the help of cookies and analytics (only when consent is given).

  • Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – processing of data in order to take steps based on your request and to conclude / perform contractual relations.
  • Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interests (website security, prevention of disruptions, improvement of operations), taking your rights into account.
  • Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR – consent for analytics and marketing cookies.

5. Data retention period

Data is kept for as long as needed to achieve the purposes mentioned above, and for as long as required by applicable legislation. Contact request data is generally kept for as long as necessary for responding and administering the relationship.

6. Recipients and data processors

We may use data processors (hosting, IT service providers). When external services are used on the website, their privacy settings and data processing terms apply. Examples:

  • reCAPTCHA (protection against abuse): we use it to assess whether a request is made by a real person (see the reCAPTCHA privacy and cookie policy).
  • Cookie management: you can choose analytics and marketing cookies through the cookie settings.

7. Transfer of data outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

When third-party services are used (e.g., analytics, security solutions), data may be processed outside the EEA. In such cases, appropriate safeguards are applied in accordance with the GDPR (e.g., standard contractual clauses).
